Commercial Client: NEYR UK, Peterlee
NEYR UK is a factory unit producing plastic mouldings for car manufacturers. They have approximately 18 computers on their Peterlee site, with units based in offices, the factory floor, and Goods In/Out departments. These computers are exposed to varying amounts of dirt. Needless to say, the units on the factory floor fare the worst, with users accessing them with grubby hands, resulting in white keyboards turning black.
CompuClean valeted the computers at NEYR UK, and one year later, called again. The response? Kareen Rawson, Senior Administrator, told CompuClean, "Our computers are filthy! Although we bought new ones, as the old we're incompatible with our new software, they soon became dirty. Please clean them!

Domestic Client: Jenna Crozier, Sunderland:
Jenna is a former Art college student, who used the home PC mainly for coursework.
Now that she has left college, she only uses her machine in her spare time, generally to research topics of interest and 'play the occasional game'.
She decided her computer needed valeting when it started making strange noises, and she noticed that grime was beginning to build up on the keyboard.
CompuClean valeted Jenna's computer, and, content with the service, has booked already for next year. Meanwhile, she continues researching and gaming....
Small Office: Speech Master, Peterlee:
Speech Master is a business run from home by Gary Roberts, providing training for public speakers. The computer usage is typical of a home run business - daily usage, including letters, faxes, e:mails, web browsing, etc.
Gary needed his computer valeting, as 'it is a necessity that my computer is in constant working order. I couldn't function without it.'
Upon completion of the CompuClean service, Gary commented that he was 'confident now of the smooth-running of my PC', and he too pre-booked for his next service.
